Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise purchased through our website may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in “like-new” condition and accompanied by the original packaging and packing slip.
If you purchased the product through an authorised retailer, returns must be made directly to that store or website.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU consumer law, private customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days. You must then return the item within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Returned items must be in “like-new” condition, meaning the complete product in the original carton with all included equipment, manuals, warranty cards and accessories.
Always contact our customer service before sending back any items. We will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective items returned under the right of withdrawal, we arrange the return shipment to our warehouse. Due to the product’s size and associated transport costs, a fixed amount of €50 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping within the EU. This amount reflects the actual cost of return transport.
You may alternatively arrange return shipping yourself at your own cost and risk. In such cases, you are responsible for ensuring the goods are properly packaged and insured during transport.
In the case of a valid warranty claim or faulty item, Krall Entertainment Stockholm AB will cover all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned goods.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, the following warranties apply from the date of purchase:

Original Black/Blaze products: 5-year limited manufacturer’s warranty

Special Edition products: Limited lifetime warranty

All bags: 1-year manufacturer’s warranty
Krall Stockholm AB covers defects in materials or workmanship during the stated warranty period as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser. The warranty ends if the product is transferred to another person.
If a warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product free of charge for parts and labour. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents or surface rust), accidents, misuse, modifications or damage caused by third-party handling (for example, airline baggage handling).
Limitation of Liability
Krall Stockholm AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, economic loss, loss of revenue or damage to other property arising from the use of our products to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Some countries within the EU do not allow the full exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above may not apply in all cases.
International Purchases
For customers within the EU/EEA, EU consumer protection laws apply. For purchases made through a retailer outside of Sweden, please contact that retailer directly for warranty and return matters.
