1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via email with your order details. Return instructions will be provided.

Returned goods must be in “like-new” condition, including original packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

2. Delivery and Shipping Costs

We deliver within the EU. Shipping costs depend on the destination and product size/weight and are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method chosen.

3. Warranty and Complaints

Krall Entertainment Stockholm AB offers warranties according to EU law. Defects reported within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge, provided the product is used as intended. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
